As a successful entrepreneur, Viola Fuchs knows the value of a long term partnership. Having expanded from one shop in Hamburg to 24 shops across Germany over the last 21 years, she is about to launch in the US.
She takes us behind the scenes of her operation, into her warehouse and production space, where every week up to five tonnes of spice mixes are shipped from.
